MBTI Workshop in Geneva

It’s good to see pastors wanting to grow. ICF Geneva has Pastors that do exactly that. They are a great example of a growing church. I got invited to do the MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) with them.
As I conducted the MBTI Workshop, I realized again, what a great tool this is to help people to better understand themselves and others.
  • Communication will often be a big blocker, if there is misunderstanding
  • Teamwork will be a challenge, if differences are not understood and welcomed
  • Problem solving will be difficult, if you don’t know what others bring to the table

I love doing the MBTI in a church team setting.
It releases the potential that God has placed in everyone.
Don’t think people are difficult – they are only different. It’s your challenge to learn to work with it and develop it into your strength.
