Great leaders start with asking yourself

Everyone knows what they do.

Some know How they do it.

But seldom a leader knows why they do it.

There are leaders and there are those who lead.

Leaders hold a position of power or authority. But those who lead inspire us. Simon Sinek

It’s the leaders that start with “why” that have the ability to inspire the people around them or find others who inspire them.
