4 Questions For Hiring

Blog auf Deutsch.

Most leaders will have to hire somebody at some point.
Denver Colorado
Here is a short list of questions you need to ask someone you want to hire.

4 questions for hiring

1. Competence: Can you do the job?

Competence is the first question, but not the most important. A team performs best if it has the necessary competence it needs to do the job. It’s your job as the leader to make sure that competence is found and implemented.

2. Character: Can I trust you?

Character is what makes someone stay with you for a long time and create value for the team. A team performs best if there is trust and respect among the people. It’s your job as the leader to make sure it stays that way.

3. Chemistry: Can you fit in our culture?

Chemistry is something that can’t be created but still makes a big difference. A team culture is something you as the leader want to cultivate and protect.

4. Capacity: Can you grow with us?

Capacity is about how you see the potential for growth of the individual and the team. A team needs to grow in skill and heart to expand in every direction. It’s your job as the leader to do so yourself.

Ask these 4 questions and you will have a clear picture of what you are getting.
